Passports that are valid for more than 6 months from the date of arrival and old passports.
Recent color passport photos measuring 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 sheets, with a white background at 70% zoom.
English sponsorship letter on the letterhead of the company where the person concerned works + SIUP
Bank reference and updated bank statement for the last 3 months, with original bank stamp and legalization. Minimum balance of IDR 50 million per person.
Photocopy of family card
If the name listed in the passport is different, attach a photocopy of the name change letter.
Photocopy of ID card.
Photocopy of marriage certificate, birth certificate
Print out the ticket reservation.
Domestic Transportation (Train, Bus, Airplane).
Itinerary day by day
Hotel confirmation on the letterhead of each country visited with active reservation status
Travel insurance valid for the duration of your stay in Europe and coverage of USD 50,000 or EURO 35,000
Husband's permission letter + copy of ID card (if the wife goes without her husband)
For children under 18 years of age, both parents must be accompanied during biometrics.

Invitation letter from the inviting company
Copy of the Inviting Company's Business License (SIUP), Copy of the Inviting Company's Passport & ID Card
The inviting company must fill out the invitation form in Italian.

The price for making a VISA above only applies if the customer has purchased an air ticket at Aras Hijrah Holidays
If the VISA application as referred to in point 1 (one) above is not a single unit (or bundled) with the purchase of an air ticket, so that if the VISA process is not approved or rejected or is approved late by the relevant embassy, then all changes/cancellations for tickets that have been purchased will follow the provisions of the applicable airline.
The VISA processing time period is calculated from when all the documents required for the process have been received by the transfer office/embassy.
