Requirements
- Passports that are valid for more than 6 months from the date of arrival and old passports.
- Recent color passport photos measuring 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 sheets, with a white background, and printed on photo paper, with good print quality and a clear facial appearance at 70% zoom.
- A sponsorship letter in English on the letterhead of the company where the person works. If there are other people or family members traveling with them, their names and statuses should be included.
- If the position is General Manager, Director, President Director, or Commissioner, a photocopy of the NPWP and SIUP must be included. SIUP (Owner).
- If you have your own business and do not have a company letterhead, then the letter is typed on plain white paper with the shop stamp and include a photocopy of the NPWP and SIUP.
- If sponsored by a child, attach a photocopy of the child's birth certificate to prove the relationship.
- If sponsored by a son-in-law, attach a photocopy of the child's marriage certificate and birth certificate which can prove the relationship.
- If the status is retired, the letter is typed on plain white paper and signed by yourself.
- Financial proof for the last 3 months in the form of a photocopy of a bank statement or savings book (from the front page containing the name and account number to the last transaction page) of at least IDR 50 million per person.
- Photocopy of Family Card.
- If the name listed in the passport is different, attach a photocopy of the name change letter.
- Photocopy of marriage certificate.
- If your child is traveling with you and is still in school, please attach:
- Photocopy of student card
- Original school certificate
- Photocopy of birth certificate
- A letter of permission from the parents legalized by a notary if the child is traveling with another person or a letter of permission from one of the parents if the child is traveling with only the father/mother. In English.
- If there are children living in the Netherlands, please attach photocopies of passports, visas, birth certificates and invitations. in English language.
- Print out the ticket reservation.
- Hotel confirmation during travel in Europe.
- Travel insurance valid for the duration of your stay in Europe and covers USD 50,000 or EURO 30,000.
- The form must be completed and signed by the applicant. For children who do not yet have an ID card, the form must be signed by both parents.
- If you are staying for more than 1 month, there must be:
- Invitation from the country stamped by the competent government /Geementthe
- The inviter's birth certificate which can prove the relationship
- Pay slip/financial proof of the inviter

NOTES :
- All applicants must come for biometrics (all ages) even if they have already done fingerprints / VIS.
- For children under 18 years of age MUST BRING ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE during biometrics.
- For children under 12 years old, there is no need to come for fingerprinting.
- Meanwhile, those aged 12 years and above are required to come for biometrics accompanied by both parents.

- The price for making a VISA above only applies if the customer has purchased an air ticket at Aras Hijrah Holidays
- If the VISA application as referred to in point 1 (one) above is not a single unit (or bundled) with the purchase of an air ticket, so that if the VISA process is not approved or rejected or is approved late by the relevant embassy, then all changes/cancellations for tickets that have been purchased will follow the provisions of the applicable airline.
- The VISA processing time period is calculated from when all the documents required for the process have been received by the transfer office/embassy.
