Requirements

Passport valid for more than 6 months from the date of departure + Old passport
2. 3.5 x 4.5 photos = 2 recent sheets and white background
3. A sponsorship letter from the company where you work in English, consisting of the applicant's name, passport number, job position and salary, and stating the purpose of the trip to Spain.
4. The latest bank reference letter stating the account balance and bank statement for the last 3 months (with bank stamp and signature of the responsible official) with a minimum balance of IDR 50 million/person.
5. Copy of the last 3 months' pay slip
6. Photocopy of Family Card + KTP
7. Photocopy of Birth Certificate
8. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate
9. Print out ticket reservation + Domestic Transportation
10. Confirmation of hotel during trip in Europe (on the hotel letterhead / GTA Booking).
11. ORIGINAL travel insurance valid in Europe and coverage of USD 50,000 or EURO 30,000 (≤ 15 Days Cover 30 Days) (≥ 15 Days Cover 45 Days) Covid-19 Cover
12. For applicants under 18 years of age, a notarized power of attorney is required from both parents, if traveling alone or one of the parents who is not accompanying them, also collect a photocopy of the birth certificate of the applicant who is under age as well as a photocopy of the resident identity card, KTP and passport of the parents.
Additional information: Birth certificates for children under 18 years of age must be translated and apostilized.
13. For children aged 18 years or older, it is mandatory to attach a copy of the last 3 months' personal account statement and an update with the original bank stamp.
14. For husband and wife, each must attach a Personal Account Statement for the last 3 months and update it with the original Bank stamp.

Note: The name on the birth certificate / KTP / KK / Passport must be the same (cannot be different) and the original birth certificate must be brought when taking biometrics.

Family Visit Visa:
– Invitation letter from the inviter
– F.copy of passport and visa of the inviter
– Proof of relationship with the inviter

Terms and Conditions :

The price for making a VISA above only applies if the customer has purchased an air ticket at Aras Hijrah Holidays
If the VISA application as referred to in point 1 (one) above is not a single unit (or bundled) with the purchase of an air ticket, so that if the VISA process is not approved or rejected or is approved late by the relevant embassy, then all changes/cancellations for tickets that have been purchased will follow the provisions of the applicable airline.
The VISA processing time period is calculated from when all the documents required for the process have been received by the transfer office/embassy.
