1. Golf Cart Ride in Petra – USD 50/pax

SPECIAL NOTE:

Participants directly pay a deposit for seat booking purposes where the ticket is no cancellation, no refund, no reroute, no change name according to airline regulations.
Full Payment 45 Days before departure date
If there are less than 20 participants, there will be an adjustment to the price/itinerary/transfer of the next departure date.

Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
The package is valid for a minimum of 20 participants per group (accompanied by a tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;

1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Next, the down payment is IDR 15,000,000/person.

2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
Minimum departure of 20 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.

3. FLIGHT TICKETS

ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).

4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE

Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- D-59 to D-36: IDR 2,500,000 (European Schengen Visa, UK, Russia) or IDR 1,500,000 (Türkiye, Japan, China).
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.

5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation fee:

After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

6. VISA

Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.

7. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE

Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.

9. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE

Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.

10. IMMIGRATION POLICY

Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.

11. ITINERARY

Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.

12. SPECIAL REQUESTS

ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.

13. THINGS BEYOND RESPONSIBILITY ArasHijrahHolidays

ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:

Loss, damage or delay of baggage
Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.

14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS

ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:

Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.

“Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 14 terms and conditions.”

Itinerary

Day 1, Route / Location: SOEKARNO HATTA INT'L AIRPORT - TRANSIT AIRPORT - CAIRO (MOB/D)

Today we will depart for Muscat, Expected to have gathered at Soekarno Hatta International Airport 3 hours before departure time. Next check in, immigration process and boarding. With Qatar Airways take off to Doha (transit). Then continue the flight to Cairo. Arrive in Cairo, then meet our Representative, immigration process, pick up luggage then will be taken to lunch at a local restaurant, then visit the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Perfume Factory, Papyrus Institute, visit the Mosque of Amr Bin Alaa's, then have dinner at a local restaurant. Until it's time to be taken to the hotel to check in, have dinner and rest.

Day 2, Route / Location: CAIRO (B/L/D)

After breakfast at the hotel, continue on a short trip to Alexandria, then visit the Fort of Qeit Bey, then have lunch at a local restaurant. Next, continue on to visit the Mosque of Abu Alabbas, Montazah Gardens & View of King Farouk's Palace.

Then back to Cairo, dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at the Cairo Hotel.

Day 3, Route / Location: CAIRO - ST. CATHERINE (B/L/D)

Check out and have breakfast at the hotel. Continue the journey to ST. CATHERINE via the Suez Canal. Then stop at the Spring of Prophet Moses, have lunch at a restaurant. Then visit the Tomb of Prophet Aaron, Prophet Saleh. Then go to the hotel to check in, have dinner and rest.

Day 4, Route / Location: ST CATHERINE - TABA BORDER - NUWEIBA - JERUSSALEM (B/L/D)

After breakfast and check out, we will continue our journey to Taba Border. Then stop for lunch at Nuweiba, then proceed to exit Egypt immigration and enter Israel immigration. After passing through Israeli immigration, you will be picked up by our representative and headed to Jerusalem to check in, have dinner, and rest.

Day 5, Route / Location: JERUSSALEM - HEBRON - BETHLEHEM - JERUSSALEM (B/L/D)

Morning prayer at Al Aqsho Mosque, back to the hotel for breakfast. This morning we will head to Hebron City. Upon arrival in Hebron, you will be taken to visit the Ibrahim Mosque which contains the Maqam of Prophet Ibrahim, the Maqam of Prophet Isaac, the Maqam of Siti Sarah and the Maqam of Prophet Yunus, then head to Bethlehem. Then have lunch at the restaurant. After that, you will return to Al Aqsho Mosque for prayers and then visit the Dome of the Rock & its surroundings, the Wailing Wall, the Marwani Mosque, the Maqam of Salman Al Farisi, the Maqam of Rabelah Eladawaieah. After that, you will be taken back to the hotel for dinner and rest. If there is time for Maghrib and Isha prayers, they can be performed at the Al Aqsho Mosque.

Day 6, Route / Location: JERUSALEM - ALLENBY - DEAD SEA - AMMAN (B/L/D)

Morning prayer at Al Aqsho Mosque, back to the hotel for breakfast and check out. Before heading to the border we will visit the Maqam of the Prophet Musa in Jericho (the oldest city in the world). Continue the journey to the Allenby Bridge Border (Israel-Jordan border). Transfer to the Jordan region then visit the Dead Sea (where the people of the prophet Lut were tortured). Lunch at the restaurant. After that, continue the journey to the Maqam of the Prophet Suaib, Maqam of the Prophet Yosha. Dinner and transfer to the Amman Hotel to check in and rest.

Day 7, Route / Location: AMMAN - PETRA - AMMAN (B/L/D)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to Petra and make a pilgrimage to the Tombs of the Prophet's Companions at the Mu'tah Battle Site (Zaid Bin Harethah, Jaffar Bin Abi Talib, Abdullah Bin Abi Rawahah). Lunch at the restaurant. Then you will be taken back to the Amman Hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 8, Route / Location: AMMAN - DEPARTURE - TRANSIT AIRPORT (B/L/MoB)

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Amman Citadel, Cave of Seven Sleepers (the story of 7 young men who slept soundly in a cave for 309 years) and then have lunch. Until it's time to be transferred to Amman International Airport for your flight back to Jakarta.

Take off to the transit airport.

Day 9, Route / Location: SOEKARNO HATTA INT'L AIRPORT

Arrived in Jakarta. Tour completed
