IMPORTANT INFORMATION & TERMS

Shopping Stop Mandatory: This tour is subsidized by a visit to an official Shopping Stop. Participants must visit the store or face a penalty.

HOTEL NOTES:

For 3 star hotels there are no triple rooms available
For 4 star hotels, triple rooms are available (based on availability)

Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
The package is valid for a minimum of 20 participants per group (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;

1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Next, the down payment is IDR 10,000,000/person.

2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
Minimum departure of 20 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
If there are less than 20 participants, then there is an additional 50-100 USD.

3. FLIGHT TICKETS

ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).

4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE

Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- H-59 hingga H-36: Rp 1.500.000 (Turki).
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.

5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation fee:

After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

6. VISA

Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.

7. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE

Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.

9. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE

Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.

10. IMMIGRATION POLICY

Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.

11. ITINERARY

Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.

12. SPECIAL REQUESTS

ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.

13. THINGS BEYOND RESPONSIBILITY ArasHijrahHolidays

ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:

Loss, damage or delay of baggage
Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.

14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS

ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:

Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.

“Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 14 terms and conditions.”

Itinerary

Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - SINGAPORE

CGK (20.15) – SIN (23.05) by SQ 967

Tonight we gather at Soekarno-Hatta Airport terminal 3 Ultimate to depart for Turkiye with Singapore Airlines (Premium Airlines).

Overnight on the plane.

Day 2, Route / Location: SINGAPORE - ISTANBUL - BURSA (B/L/X)

SIN (02.15) – IST (08.30) by SQ 392

Continue your flight from Singapore to Istanbul (SQ 392, 02:15 – 08:30). Upon landing in Istanbul, you will be greeted by a professional local tour guide.
Explore Istanbul's historical landmarks: admire the architectural beauty of the Blue Mosque with its six minarets, walk through the historical arena of Hippodrome Square, take a photostop in the courtyard of Topkapi Palace, and admire the elegance of Hagia Sophia.
In the afternoon, continue your journey across to Bursa. Arrive at your hotel, check in, and rest. Overnight in Bursa.

Day 3, Route / Location: BURSA - KUSADASI (B/L/D)

After breakfast, visit the Turkish Delight Shop to taste and buy typical Turkish sweets, then shop for quality silk fabrics at the Silk Market (Koza Han).
Witness the splendor of the Grand Mosque (Ulu Camii) which has 20 beautiful domes with stunning Ottoman calligraphy art, and stop by the Tophane Clock Tower, the burial complex of the founder of the Ottoman Empire.
Continue your journey to the beautiful port city of Kusadasi on the shores of the Aegean Sea. Arrive at your hotel, check in, and rest. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 4, Route / Location: KUSADASI - PAMUKKALE (B/L/D)

Visit Sirince Village, a traditional Greek-style hillside village famous for its olive oil and vineyards, and stop by the Turkish Leather Shop to see a fashion show of Turkish leather jackets.
Continue your journey to Pamukkale. Visit the natural wonders of the Natural Park & Observation Point and explore the sparkling white limestone terraces of natural hot springs at the Cotton Castle (Travertine).
Check in to the hotel and rest. Overnight in Pamukkale.

Day 5, Route / Location: PAMUKKALE - CAPPADOCIA (B/L/D)

Morning shopping at Pamukkale's Textile Outlet Shop, famous for its high-quality textile products.
Travel overland to Cappadocia along the ancient Silk Road. Take photos at the Sultanhani Caravanserai near Konya, a former trading fortress.
Upon arrival in Cappadocia, a unique rock landscape will greet you. Check in to your hotel and rest. Overnight in Cappadocia

Day 6, Route / Location: CAPPADOCIA FULL DAY TOUR (B/L/D)

(Optional Morning Event: Enjoy the beauty of the sunrise from a Hot Air Balloon or Jeep Safari adventure).
Explore Cappadocia to the fullest: enjoy the panoramic views of the bird's-eye cliffs at Pigeon Valley, admire the highest natural rock fortress at Uchisar Castle, and witness the unique rock formations at Goreme Valley & Panorama Point.
Visit Avanos Village to see the art of traditional clay pottery making, followed by shopping for crafts at the Turkish Carpets & Jewelry Shop.
Return to the hotel for a rest. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 7, Route / Location: CAPPADOCIA - ISTANBUL (B/L/D)

Land journey back to Istanbul City.
On the way, you will be entertained by the amazing view of Salt Lake (Tuz Golu), a giant salt lake with a vast white surface landscape like a giant mirror that is ideal for taking photos.
Upon arrival in Istanbul, proceed directly to the hotel to check in and rest. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 8, Route / Location: Istanbul City Tour & Bosphorus Cruise (B/X/X)

Morning visit to Ortakoy Village, an exotic coastal residential area on the shores of the Bosphorus Strait with a view of the magnificent intercontinental bridge.
Enjoy the sailing experience with the Bosphorus Cruise, cruising along the Bosphorus Strait that separates the Asian and European continents while witnessing rows of Ottoman palaces, old fortresses, and magnificent mosques from the ship.
Continue your free time to stroll around and shop for souvenirs and culinary delights in the bustling center of modern Istanbul, Taksim Square. Return to the hotel for a rest. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 9, Route / Location : ISTANBUL - SINGAPORE (B/MoB)

IST (13.10) – SIN (04.55) by SQ 391

Breakfast at the hotel and preparation for check-out.
As scheduled, the group will be transferred to Istanbul International Airport for their return flight to Jakarta via Singapore (SQ 391, 1:10 PM – 4:55 AM + 1 PM). They will spend the night on board.

Day 10, Route / Location: SINGAPORE - JAKARTA (MoB)

SIN (06.20) – CGK (07.00) by SQ 950

Transit flight from Singapore to Jakarta (SQ 950, 06.20 – 07.00).
Landed safely at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Jakarta. The entire tour concludes. Thank you for your participation!
