Note: Prices are based on the RMB exchange rate of Rp. 2,700, there will be adjustments if the RMB exchange rate increases.

Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
The package is valid for a minimum of 25 participants per group (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;

1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Next, the down payment is IDR 10,000,000/person.

2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
Minimum departure of 25 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.

3. FLIGHT TICKETS

ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).

4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE

Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- D-59 to D-36: IDR 1,500,000 (China).
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.

5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation fee:

After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

6. VISA

Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.

7. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE

Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.

9. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE

Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.

10. IMMIGRATION POLICY

Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.

11. ITINERARY

Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.

12. SPECIAL REQUESTS

ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.

13. THINGS BEYOND RESPONSIBILITY ArasHijrahHolidays

ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:

Loss, damage or delay of baggage
Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.

14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS

ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:

Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.

“Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 14 terms and conditions.”

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
Fill out the registration form
Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
Submit a down payment (DP) of IDR 10,000,000 at the time of registration
Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.

CHINA VISA DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure and a minimum of 2 pages for blank visas.

Itinerary

Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - KUNMING

Flight: 8L834 CGK-KMG 23:50 – 06:15

Today the tour group gathered at Soekarno Hatta Airport at 20.50 to begin the journey to Kunming, the city known as the “City of Eternal Spring”.
Take off with Lucky Air flight 8L834 at 23.50 WIB.

Day 2, Route / Location : ARRIVAL KUNMING - DALI - LIJIANG (MoB/L/D)

Upon arrival in Kunming at 06.15, immigration and baggage claim process.
Then you will be taken to Dali (±4.5 hours via toll road).
Arriving in Dali, lunch at a local halal restaurant, followed by combined Dzuhur and Ashar prayers at Dali South Gate Mosque / Halal Restaurant.
Visiting Dali Santorini (includes battery car + afternoon tea), a unique European-style destination inspired by the beauty of Santorini Island in Greece. With its white buildings, bright blue windows, and spectacular views of the lake and distant mountains, this place creates a romantic and photogenic atmosphere with a touch of local culture Yunnan.
After that, you will be taken to Lijiang. The bus journey from Dali to Lijiang (approximately 2.5 hours).
Then dinner at the Lijiang halal restaurant and allocation of Maghrib & Isha prayers.
After that, you will be taken to the hotel to check in and rest.

Day 3, Route / Location: LIJIANG - FULL DAY JADE DRAGON SNOW MOUNTAIN - LIJIANG (B/L/D)

After breakfast, you will be taken to the National Park area.
Take a cable car to the top of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain glacier & explore.
The entire tour group then had lunch at a restaurant in the Ganhaizi area. They then performed Dzuhur and Asr prayers together in the rest area.
Then watch the colossal show of Impression of Lijiang Show, explore Blue Moon Valley & Baishui River (including battery car).
Visit Lijiang Beinmenpo Mosque for prayer. Dinner at a halal restaurant.
Return to Lijiang hotel/free program in Lijiang Ancient Town.

Day 4, Route / Location : LIJIANG - SHANGRILA (B/L/D)

Check out the hotel and depart for Shangri-la (±3.5 hours).
Arriving at Shangri-la, halal lunch and combined Dzuhur & Ashar prayers.
Photostop at Napa Hai Wetland & visit Songzanlin Monastery
Visit Dukezong Ancient City, Turtle Hill Park & spin the Giant Prayer Wheel
Dinner with Halal Yak Meat Hotpot
Check in hotel at Shangri-la and rest.

Day 5, Route / Location : SHANGRILA - LIJIANG (B/L/D)

Check out the hotel and travel back to Lijiang
Arrive in Lijiang, halal lunch & midday/Asr prayers.
Visiting Black Dragon Pool Park.
Exploring Lijiang Ancient Town (Water Truck, Square Street, Bar Street).
(Dinner & Prayers): Halal dinner & Maghrib/Isha prayers.
Check-in hotel in Lijiang.

Day 6, Route / Location : LIJIANG - BULLET TRAIN KUNMING (B/L/D)

Check-out hotel, visit Shuhe Ancient Town.
(Lunch & Prayer): Halal lunch in Lijiang & prayer before heading to the station.
Bullet Train journey from Lijiang to Kunming (Large luggage is transported by bus).
Arriving in Kunming, immediately pray at the Shuncheng Mosque.
(Dinner & Culinary): Enjoy halal culinary atChongren Street / Qingfeng Bakery / Original Beef Noodle.
Check-in hotel in Kunming.

Day 7, Route / Location: KUNMING CITY TOUR (B/L/D)

Depart from the hotel.
Visiting Dounan Colorful Flower Sea & Giant Peacock Landmark.
(Lunch & Prayer): Lunch at Kunming halal restaurant & Dzuhur/Asr prayers together.
(Additional Pilgrimage): Pilgrimage to the Tomb of Sayyid Ajall Shams al-Din Omar al-Bukhari (The First Muslim Governor of Yunnan).
Shopping tour (Silk Store / Local shop).
Halal Farewell Dinner.
Back to the hotel in Kunming.

Day 8, Route / Location: KUNMING - JAKARTA (B/L/X)

Flight: 8L833 KMG-CGK 19:15 – 23:10

Check-out hotel and halal lunch.
Transfer to Kunming Changshui International Airport (KMG).
Return flight to Jakarta with Lucky Air (8L833), takes off at 19.15
Arrived in Jakarta at 11:10 PM WIB.
