Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:
- Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
- The package is valid for a minimum of 20 participants per group (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
- If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
- By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;
- Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
- Next, the down payment is IDR 10,000,000/person.
- Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
- Minimum departure of 20 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
- If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
- If there are less than 20 participants, then there is an additional 50-100 USD.
- ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).
- Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- D-59 to D-36: IDR 1,500,000 (China).
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.
- After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
- If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
- If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
- D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
- D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
- D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
- Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
- ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
- Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
- Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.
- Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
- D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
- D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
- D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
- Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.
- Loss, damage or delay of baggage
- Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
- Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
- Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.
- Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
- Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
- Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.
By paying the deposit/down payment for the tour registration fee, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the above terms and conditions. The full tour terms and conditions apply as stated in the tour program brochure/website.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
- Fill out the registration form
- Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
- Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
- Submit a down payment (DP) of IDR 10,000,000 at the time of registration
- Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.
CHINA VISA DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Original passport with a minimum validity of 7 months from the date of departure and at least 2 blank pages for visa.
- The signature page of the passport must be signed by the passport holder.
- Photo showing face, no jewelry, wearing clothes selain white, with a white background.
- Fill in formulir visa china.
- Family Card and ID Card.
- For applicants under 18 years of age, please attach: Copy of Birth Certificate, copy of parents' ID card/passport, and a statement letter from the non-accompanying parent who provides travel permission (Parental Consent Letter). This letter should include the travel dates and the parents' contact information.

Itinerary
Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - AIRPORT (MoB)
Gather 3 hours before departure at Soekarno Hatta Airport Terminal 3 for the flight check-in process to Hong Kong
Take off with Garuda Indonesia aircraft GA.
Day 2, Route / Location: HONG KONG - SHENZHEN (D)
Upon arrival at Chek Lap Kok Airport, Hong Kong, we will be greeted by a friendly Indonesian-speaking guide. We will visit Victoria Peak (top level) by bus, to enjoy the panoramic view of the city from above. Then head to Golden Bauhinia Square, a favorite location for taking photos with a beautiful harbor backdrop. After that, we will have the opportunity to visit the Avenue of Stars, which is an area of respect for Hong Kong artists & celebrities. Then, we will head to TST Clock Tower and shop at Jewelry & Chocolate Shop. Travel to Shenzhen, check-in hotel and rest.

Day 3, Route / Location: SHENZHEN - GUANGZHOU (B/L/X)
Breakfast at the hotel. We will head to the Jade Shop and also the Herbs Shop. Photo stop at the Civic Center. Then visit Melania Town, a European-style tourist area. After that, continue the journey to Guangzhou and visit Haixinsha Square Asian Games Park, a modern area that became the location of the opening of the 2010 Asian Games, with a beautiful view of the Pearl River. Head to Huacheng Square, a modern square that is the center of the new city and surrounded by iconic buildings of Guangzhou. Check-in hotel and rest.

Day 4, Route / Location: GUANGZHOU - FOSHAN - ZHUHAI (B/L/X)
Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will visit Yuexiu Park, the largest park in the city with a beautiful green atmosphere. Then we will go to Foshan by bus, visit the Ancestral Temple, and Huang Fei Hong Memorial Hall, a place dedicated to Chinese martial arts legend Huang Feihong. Finally, we will go to Zhuhai by bus, and shop at the Silk Shop. Check-in at the hotel and rest.

Day 5, Route / Location: ZHUHAI - HONGKONG - DISNEYLAND (B/X/X)
We will travel to Hong Kong by golden shuttle bus via HZM Bridge. Upon arrival in Hong Kong, we will enjoy a full day at Hong Kong Disneyland. Enjoy the exciting rides, parades, and spectacular shows that make this world-class theme park a must-see. Check in to your hotel and rest.

Day 6, Route / Location: HONG KONG - JAKARTA (MoB)
Preparation for returning home, check out hotel.
Heading to the airport in the morning.
Take off to Soekarno Hatta International Airport with Garuda Indonesia GA.
Arrived at Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
