Note: Prices are based on the RMB exchange rate of Rp. 2,700, there will be adjustments if the RMB exchange rate increases.

Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
The package is valid for a minimum of 25 participants per group (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;

1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Next, the down payment is IDR 10,000,000/person

2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
Minimum departure of 25 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.

3. FLIGHT TICKETS

ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).

4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE

Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- D-59 to D-36: IDR 1,500,000 (China).
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.

5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation fee:

After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

6. VISA

Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.

7. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE

Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.

9. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE

Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.

10. IMMIGRATION POLICY

Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.

11. ITINERARY

Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.

12. SPECIAL REQUESTS

ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.

13. THINGS BEYOND RESPONSIBILITY ArasHijrahHolidays

ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:

Loss, damage or delay of baggage
Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.

14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS

ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:

Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.

“Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 14 terms and conditions.”

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
Fill out the registration form
Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
Submit a down payment (DP) of IDR 10,000,000 at the time of registration
Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.

Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure and a minimum of 2 pages for blank visas.

Itinerary

Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA AIRPORT - TRANSIT KUALA LUMPUR (MoB)

Gather at Soekarno Hatta Airport no later than 3 hours before departure, 3:00 PM WIB. Check-in, immigration and boarding process
Take off for Beijing with Malaysia Airlines flight MH 722 at 18.25 WIB.
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur for transit at 21.35.

Day 2, Route / Location: TRANSIT KUALA LUMPUR - BEIJING (MoB/L/D)

Then continue the journey to Beijing with Malaysia Airlines flight MH 318, take off at 00.50.
Morning: Visit Tian An Men Square, one of the largest squares in the world, which is a symbol of the country, then continue to enter the Forbidden City, a historic palace complex that was once the residence of the Chinese emperor. This palace has 9,999 rooms, wow!
Afternoon: Visit Niujie Area, the center of the Muslim Community in Beijing, have lunch at Halal Resto, pray at Niujie Mosque the oldest mosque in Beijing built in the 10th century and currently the center of Islamic religious activities in Beijing. Then shop at Niujie Halal Supermarket, where you don't need to doubt the halalness of various types of food here.
Afternoon: Visit Wangfujing Street, one of the most famous shopping streets. Explore the various shops, from international brands to local products.
In the evening, eat at a local halal restaurant, then check in to the hotel and rest.

Day 3, Route / Location: BEIJING (B/L/D)

Breakfast is available at the Hotel.
Morning: Visit the Latex & Medic Shop, then visit the Great Wall at Juyongguan, one of the three major passes of the Great Wall of China. Climb the ramparts that encircle the valley, with dramatic views due to their strategic location in the mountain pass and the more prominent military architecture, ancient gates, and imposing watchtowers. Then return to downtown Beijing.
Afternoon:Local Halal restaurant lunch and prayer at Madian Mosque,
Afternoon: After seeing thousands of years of history, we continue to enjoy the modern side at Olympic Park 2008. Photostop at Bird’s Nest (Beijing National Stadium), a stadium with a complex steel structure that looks like a giant bird’s nest, then in front of it is Water Cube (Beijing National Aquatics Center), with its iconic “Bubble” Architecture, the walls are not made of glass/plastic, but a special membrane layer that is very light but strong. At night, the Light Effect is given, these “bubbles” light up with colorful LED lights that make it look very beautiful
In the evening, eat at the local Halal Peking Duck Restaurant then return to the hotel and rest.

Day 4, Route / Location: BEIJING - SUZHOU (B/X/D)

Breakfast is available at the hotel, check out today at the hotel.
Morning: We will move to the ancient water city of Suzhou, nicknamed the “Venice of the East” for its beautiful canals. The Bullet Train (G-Train) will cover a distance of 1,200 km in 4 hours at a speed of 300-350 km/h, making it the busiest train route in the world.
Afternoon; Visit The Couple’s Garden, this garden was built by an ancient official with unique classical Chinese architecture because it is surrounded by water on three sides, and this garden is a UNESCO World Heritage. Visit Silk Shop
Afternoon: Visit Shantang Street (The Miniature of Old Suzhou), a street that has existed for 1,200 years! We walked along the stone sidewalks along the canal. There were many handicraft shops, silk fans, and tea houses. Then we continued to Jinji Lake (Modern Side of Suzhou), and took a photostop at the “Gate of the Orient” building (the iconic building shaped like a pair of giant trousers).
In the evening, eat at a local halal restaurant, then check in to the hotel and rest.

Day 5, Route / Location : SUZHOU - WUZHEN - HANGZHOU (B/L/D)

Breakfast is available at the hotel, check out today at the hotel.
Morning: Head to Wuzhen (Water Town Village), an ancient village dating back over 1,300 years. You will ride a traditional wooden boat along narrow canals under ancient stone bridges, seeing local houses with Ming dynasty architecture whose pillars stand directly above the water. Visit Longjing Tea Garden and Tea Shop.
Afternoon: Lunch at a local Halal restaurant, then continue the journey to the city of Hangzhou
Afternoon: Visit the Phoenix Mosque, one of the four oldest mosques on China's coast, built during the Tang Dynasty. This mosque is a living testament to the glory of the maritime Silk Road in the past.
Then enjoy the beauty of West Lake, a UNESCO World Heritage Site surrounded by mountains on three sides. This lake is the setting for the famous White Snake Legend.
Optional Tour: Watch a Dynasty show, watch a traditional drama performance packaged with advanced 22nd century technology where the stage uses an advanced hydraulic system, 3D LED technology and the latest projectors and other extraordinary technologies.

Day 6, Route / Location: HANGZHOU - SHANGHAI (B/L/D)

Breakfast is available at the hotel, check out today at the hotel.
Morning: We move toShanghai City, China's future city which is the center of economy, fashion and technology.
Lunch: Lunch at a local Halal restaurant, prayer at Xiaotaoyuan Mosque. Visit Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the longest shopping street in the world. The old European-style buildings here feature futuristic neon billboards.
Afternoon: Then photostop at The Bund Take photos on the banks of the Huangpu River with a backdrop of tall buildings that seem to have emerged from the future.
Optional Tour The Bund Sightseeing Tunnel,a small subway with a unique laser light show to cross from The Bund to the skyscraper area in Pudong.
In the evening, eat at a local halal restaurant, then return to the hotel and rest.

Day 7, Route / Location: SHANGHAI - DISNEYLAND - AIRPORT (B/X/X)

Morning: Visiting the Jewelry Shop
Full Day Tour :Full Day enjoying Disneyland
Evening: Transfer to the airport. Check-in, immigration, and boarding.

Day 8, Route / Location: SHANGHAI - AIRPORT - TRANSIT KUALA LUMPUR - JAKARTA (MoB)

Take off with Malaysia Airlines flight MH 387 at 02.15.
Arrived in Kuala Lumpur for transit at 8:05 AM.
Then continue the journey to Jakarta by Malaysia Airlines flight MH 721, taking off at 13.30.
Arrived in Jakarta at 14.40 WIB.
