Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
The package is valid for a minimum of 25 participants per group (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;

1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Next, the down payment is IDR 5,000,000/person.

2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
Minimum departure of 25 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
If there are less than 25 participants, then there is an additional 50-100 USD.

3. FLIGHT TICKETS

ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).

4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE

Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- D-59 to D-36: IDR 1,500,000 (China).
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.

5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation fee:

After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

6. VISA

Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.

7. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE

Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.

9. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE

Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.

10. IMMIGRATION POLICY

Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.

11. ITINERARY

Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.

12. SPECIAL REQUESTS

ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.

13. THINGS BEYOND RESPONSIBILITY ArasHijrahHolidays

ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:

Loss, damage or delay of baggage
Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.

14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS

ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:

Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.

“Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 14 terms and conditions.”

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
Fill out the registration form
Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
Submit a down payment (DP) of IDR 5,000,000 at the time of registration
Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.

CHINA VISA DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

Scan passport pages 2 and 3 (the ones with the photo and biodata), upright and full screen.
Original passport with a minimum validity of 7 months from the date of departure and at least 2 blank pages for visa.
The signature page of the passport must be signed by the passport holder.
Photo showing face, no jewelry, wearing clothes selain white, with a white background.

Family Card and ID Card.
For applicants under 18 years of age, please attach: Copy of Birth Certificate, copy of parents' ID card/passport, and a statement letter from the non-accompanying parent who provides travel permission (Parental Consent Letter). This letter should include the travel dates and the parents' contact information.

Itinerary

Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - CHONGQING (Meals on Board)

International Flights:Participants gather at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport 3 hours before departure for check-in, immigration, and boarding.

Day 2, Route / Location: CHONGQING ARRIVAL - NIGHT CHARM SPIRITED AWAY (MoB/D)

China Air Flights: CA CGK-PEK (01.45-10.15) || CA PEK-CKG (12.00-14.50)
Arrived in Chongqing at 14.50, immigration & baggage handling, then greeted by a local guide.
Chongqing Mosque: Visit a historic mosque built in the Ming Dynasty Era (16th Century).
Special Dinner Halal Sichuan Hot Pot.
Hongya Cave: An 11-story complex of traditional wooden buildings nestled on a riverbank. The golden lights at night create a magical scene reminiscent of the anime Spirited Away.
Optional Tour: Chongqing Night Cruise along the Yangtze & Jialing Rivers.
Hotel: Yifan Hotel / equivalent (*4).

Day 3, Route / Location: WONDERLAND SENSATION 8D CHONGQING (B/L/D)

International breakfast menu at the hotel.
Visiting Liziba Monorail Station:Witness the uniqueness of the LRT monorail that passes directly through a multi-story apartment building.
Kuixing Building (22nd Floor): An 8D optical illusion sensation; standing on the outdoor plaza that feels like the ground floor, but is actually on the 22nd floor of the cliff building.
Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street: The most modern business and shopping district with the Liberation Monument as its backdrop.
We then visited The Ring Mall of Chongqing a futuristic mall with a giant Indoor Botanical Garden concept.
Optional Show: Watch the colossal Chongqing 1949 theater performance with a 360-degree stage.
Back to the hotel to rest.

Day 4, Route / Location: CHONGQING - FENGHUANG ANCIENT TOWN (B/L/D)

International breakfast menu at the hotel.
Iconic Photostop: Raffles City Chongqing & Chaotianmen Square, Chongqing People's Auditorium with its magnificent dome architecture, reminiscent of Beijing's Tiantan. Then, have lunch at a Muslim restaurant.
Continue to Phoenix Ancient City (Fenghuang): Dinner at a Muslim restaurant then explore the historic old town on the banks of the Tuojiang River with its wooden bridges, hanging lanterns, and the Miao people's traditional wooden stilt houses.
Hotel: Guobin International Hotel / equivalent (*4).

Day 5, Route / Location : FENGHUANG - TIANMEN ZHANGJIAJIE MOUNTAIN (B/L/D)

International breakfast menu at the hotel.
Travel to Zhangjiajie: Overland travel Â±4 hours.
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park: Visit the leading national park with the Tianmen Mountain Cableway (cable car ± 7.5 km), the transparent glass cliff Glass Walkway, and the Mountain Escalator that penetrates the belly of the mountain to the Tianmen Cave (Gate of Heaven).

Day 6, Route / Location: ZHANGJIAJIE - AVATAR WORLD & 72 WONDER TOWER (B/L/D)

Avatar Mountain (Yuanjiajie): Ride the Bailong Elevator (the world's highest outdoor elevator at 326 m). Explore the First Bridge and the Confusing Platform with its majestic stone pillars, the inspiration for the movie AVATAR.
Optional : 72 Wonder Tower The world's tallest Tujia stilt house (110 m) holds a Guinness World Record.
Back to the hotel, rest.

Day 7, Route / Location: ZHANGJIAJIE (B/L/D)

Visiting Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge and enjoy the view of Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with technology Virtual Reality (VR),
Optional: Yellow Cave, Explore the world's largest karst cave, cruise down an underground river by boat, and see iconic stalagmites with stunning LED lights.

Day 8, Route / Location: ZHANGJIAJIE - PEKING - JAKARTA (B/Meals on Board)

Continue the journey to Zhangjiajie Airport.
