The decision to grant or reject a visa rests solely with the embassy. ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for any visa delays or denials, and participants cannot sue or blame the travel agent. All losses resulting from visa issues are the responsibility of the participant.
Travel schedules, routes, hotels, and transportation are subject to change without prior notice due to airline policies, Schengen visa regulations from embassies, hotel room availability, bus regulations, or seasonal conditions in Europe. ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for any losses incurred.
- Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:

- If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
- By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;
  1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT
  Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
  Next, the down payment is IDR 15,000,000/person.
  2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
  Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
  Minimum departure of 25 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
  If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
  3. FLIGHT TICKETS
  ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).
  4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE
  Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
  From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
  H-59 hingga H-36: Rp 2.500.000 (Visa Schengen Eropa)
  D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.
  5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION
  Cancellation fee:
  After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
  If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
  If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
  D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
  D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
  D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
  6. VISA
  Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
  ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
  Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
  Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.
  7. SCHENGEN VISA BIOMETRIC SCHEDULE
  Participants must be present in Jakarta for the specified biometric process.
  All documents brought by participants during biometrics without going through the checking/confirmation process with the ArasHijrahHolidays team are the responsibility of the participants.
  The biometric schedule is determined by the embassy and cannot be changed or cancelled.
  Cancellation of the biometric schedule will be subject to a fine of IDR 1,500,000.
  Absence from biometric schedule, visa & insurance fees will be forfeited.
  8. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE
  Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
  D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
  D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
  D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
  9. FORCE MAJEURE
  In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.
  10. CURRENCY EXCHANGE
  Exchange rate changes above IDR 19,000/Euro (H-10) will be subject to price adjustments according to the exchange rate difference.
  11. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE
  Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.
  12.IMMIGRATION POLICY
  Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.
  13. ITINERARY
  Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.
  14. SPECIAL REQUESTS
  ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.
  15. THINGS BEYOND ArasHijrahHolidays RESPONSIBILITY
  ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:
  Loss, damage or delay of baggage
  Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
  Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
  Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.
  14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS
  ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:
  Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
  Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
  Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.
  “Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 16 terms and conditions.”

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
Fill out the registration form
Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
Submit a down payment of IDR 15,000,000/person at the time of registration.
Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.

VISA REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENTS:

Valid passport and attach expired passport (if any).
Photocopy of ID Card, Family Card and Marriage Certificate for husband and wife.
Photocopy of the child's birth certificate accompanying his/her parents.
Two recent passport photos with a white background measuring 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with 80% face zoom.
For Workers: Employment certificate / sponsorship letter : The letter format will be provided by ArasHijrahHolidays.
For Retirees: Retirement certificate.
For Students: Student card and student certificate from the school/university.
Reference letter from Bank (Printed on letterhead, stamped and signed by the bank).
Print bank statement (savings) Active for the past 3 months with a balance of IDR 50 million per participant. If traveling with family members under one family card, simply calculate the multiples; for example, for two participants, the minimum balance is IDR 100 million. (Each account statement (savings) must be stamped and initialed by the bank)
All softcopies of documents must be submitted/sent to ArasHijrahHolidays a maximum of 1 week before submission.
ArasHijrahHolidays makes an appointment for biometrics/application at the Embassy Agency. At the specified schedule, participants must be present on time according to the schedule and bring all the necessary/required original documents. (Transportation costs to the Embassy Agency in Jakarta are borne by the participants).

*Information on whether or not a visa has been accepted takes 15 – 30 working days from the time of application at the Embassy.

DISCLAIMER VISA :

We, ArasHijrahHolidays, as a travel agent, can only help submit/process visa applications according to procedures and the required documents.

Any delays in completing documents are not our responsibility at ArasHijrahHolidays as the travel agency.

Visa fees must still be paid even if the visa is not approved by the Embassy, likely if there are other costs such as cancellation of hotels, buses, plane tickets that occur due to deadlines that do not necessarily match the visa processing completion time from the Embassy and also other tour costs, then these will be charged to the tour participants.

The Embassy has the final say on visa applications and we, ArasHijrahHolidays, as the travel agency, cannot determine whether a tour participant's visa will be rejected or accepted.

In the event of a visa rejection by the embassy, whether with or without reason, ArasHijrahHolidays as the travel agent is released from responsibility for the visa rejection.

Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - TRANSIT CITY - PARIS (MoB)

Gather 4 hours before departure at Soekarno Hatta Airport, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Flight to Paris.

Day 2, Route / Location: PARIS (MoB/X/X)

Arriving in Paris, Visiting Menara Eiffel, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde, Les Invalides, Glass Pyramid Louvre.
Shopping at Benlux / Paris Look Duty Free Outlet.
Seine River Cruise: (Optional Tour) Take a cruise along the Seine River with stunning views of the sparkling Eiffel Tower.
Dzuhur and Asr congregational prayers at Grande Mosquée de Paris.
Check in to the hotel at Paris.

Day 3, Route / Location: PARIS - BRUSSEL - AMSTERDAM (B/X/X)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Check out of the hotel and head to Brussel and Amsterdam.
Visiting Grand Place, Manneken Pis, shopping Rudolf Braun Chocolate, Atomium.
Dzuhur and Asr congregational prayers at Grand Mosque of Brussels.
Check in to the hotel at Amsterdam.

Hari Ke-4, Rute / Lokasi : AMSTERDAM (B/X/X)

Breakfast at the hotel is an international menu.
Tour Visiting Zaanse Schans, Volendam: charming fishing village, shopping Diamond Outlet, diamond specialty shop.
Visiting Dam Square, Amsterdam Central Station.
Dzuhur and Asr congregational prayers at Masjid Fatih.
Return to hotel.

Day 5, Route / Location: AMSTERDAM - COLOGNE - LUXEMBURG (B/X/X)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Check out of the hotel and head to Cologne and Luksemburg.
Photostop Cologne Cathedral.
Dzuhur and Asr congregational prayers at Cologne Central Mosque.
Visiting Luxembourg City Center, Gëlle Fra (The Monument of Remembrance).
Check in to the hotel at Luksemburg.

Day 6, Route / Location: LUXEMBURG - COLMAR - LUZERN - ZURICH (B/X/X)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Check out of the hotel and head to Colmar, Luzern and Zurich.
Visiting Little Venice, Colmar Old Town.
Dzuhur and Asr congregational prayers at Colmar Central Mosque.
Visiting Chapel Bridge, Lucerne Lake, Shopping at Bucherer Watches Shop, Gübelin Watches Factory & Casagrande Shop
Check in to the hotel at Zurich.

Day 7, Route / Location: ZURICH - MOUNT TITLIS - MILAN (B/X/X)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Check out of the hotel and proceed to Mount Titlis and Milan.
Mount Titlis: (Optional Tour) climb to the top by cable car, see 360 degree views of the Swiss Alps.
Performing combined Dhuhr and Asr prayers at the nearest prayer room or mosque.
Check in hotel in Milan.

Day 8, Route / Location: MILAN - SERRAVALLE - MILAN (B/X/X)

Breakfast at the hotel is an international menu.
Shopping at Designer Outlet Serravalle.
Dzuhur and Asr congregational prayers at Musholla Designer Outlet Serravalle.
Visiting Piazza del Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, San Siro Stadium.
Return to hotel.
