Requirements
Documents attached to the application for a USA visa without an interview/Dropbox:
- New passport (original)
- Old passport with previous US visa history stamp (original)
- 2 sheets of original recent passport photos, size 5×5 with a white background
- Original birth certificate (for children under 14 years old, you can apply for the dropbox process with the requirement that one of the parents must have a valid USA visa)
- Copy of Kitas/Kitap (for foreign nationals)
- Manual data entry form signed by the visa applicant
- The original power of attorney signed on a stamp by the visa applicant for the collection of the original passport has been processed. (please do not use handwriting/manual)

- Copy of passport front page
- Copy of passport See page 4
- Manual data entry form signed by the visa applicant

Every visa applicant at the time of the interview at the embassy is required to bring the following documents:
- Appointment letter
- Confirmation page DS-160
- Original Passport (validity more than 6 months from departure date)
- Old passport (original)
- EFT payment receipt & deposit fee
- 2 recent original passport photos, size 5×5 with a white background
The following documents below are only additional supporting documents, which are basically not required in the embassy requirements, but the presence of these documents can help the Consul Officer to further evaluate and consider the visa application:
- The sponsorship letter must be in English on the letterhead of the company where the person works. If another person or family member is traveling with you, include their name, status, and position.
- Financial proof for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of IDR 50 million per person.
- Recent color passport photos measuring 5 x 5 = 2 sheets, with a white background, and printed on photo paper, with good print quality and a clear appearance (ears must be visible and no glasses are used, if you wear a wig/wig for your passport, then the passport photo for the embassy must also wear a wig/wig).
- Photocopy of Family Card.
- Photocopy of KTP / for foreign nationals, attach a valid Kitas/Kitap
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate + Photocopy of Student Card (if bringing children)
- Photocopy of Marriage Certificate (If married)
- If the name listed in the passport is different, attach a photocopy of the name change letter.
Additional documents for each visa category:
Business Visa :
- Invitation letter from the inviting company
Family Visit Visa:
- Invitation letter from the inviter
- Photocopy of the inviter's passport and visa
- Proof of relationship with the inviter (in the form of a birth certificate)
LDR visa:
- Invitation letter from the inviter
- Photocopy of the inviter's passport and visa
- Proof of relationship with the inviter (Photo, WA Chat, etc.)

Notes :
- For marriage certificates, they must be translated into English when the husband and wife travel together.
- Child's birth certificate translated into English when traveling with children
- For owners or equivalent directors who attach a SIUP, the SIUP must be translated into English.
