Requirements

Passports with a validity period of more than 6 months from arrival and old passports.
Recent passport photos with a white background, size 4.5 x 3.5 = 2 sheets, photos must be printed on good quality photo paper with a clear appearance and a white background.
A sponsorship letter (in English) on the letterhead of the company where the person works. If another person or family member is traveling, their name and status should be included.
- If the position is General Manager, Director, President Director, or Commissioner, it must be accompanied by a photocopy of the NPWP and SIUP.
- If you have your own business and do not have a company letterhead, the letter is typed on plain white paper with a company stamp and includes photocopies of your NPWP and SIUP.
- If sponsored by a child, attach a photocopy of the child's birth certificate to prove the relationship.
- If sponsored by a son-in-law, please attach a photocopy of the child's marriage certificate and birth certificate to prove the relationship.
- If you have retired status, the letter is typed on plain white paper and signed by yourself.
Financial proof for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of IDR 30 million per person.
If the name listed in the passport is different, please attach the original name change letter and a photocopy.
If traveling with your wife, please attach a copy of your marriage certificate.
Photocopy of family card.
Copy of ID card.
Photocopy of birth certificate if child is traveling
Print ticket reservation.

Business Visa :

– Invitation letter from the inviting company

– Letter of Guarantee from the Inviting Company

– Company Profile of the Inviting Company

Visit Family Visa :

– Invitation letter from the inviter
– F.copy of passport and visa of the inviter
– Proof of relationship with the inviter
– Photocopy of the Inviter's ID card
– Letter of Guarantee from the Invitor

Student Visa:

– Acceptance letter from school/university

– Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

Requirements for Japan Visa Waiver:

– Original E-Passport
– Copy of KTP
– Filling out the Japan Visa Exemption Form and ERFS is no longer required.

Terms and Conditions :

The price for making a VISA above only applies if the customer has purchased an air ticket at Aras Hijrah Holidays
If the VISA application as referred to in point 1 (one) above is not a single unit (or bundled) with the purchase of an air ticket, so that if the VISA process is not approved or rejected or is approved late by the relevant embassy, then all changes/cancellations for tickets that have been purchased will follow the provisions of the applicable airline.
The VISA processing time period is calculated from when all the documents required for the process have been received by the transfer office/embassy.

Price does not include:

1,1% PPN
For processes in Surabaya & Medan, the above prices do not include the cost of sending documents to agents in Surabaya & Medan.
