Requirements

Photocopy of ID card and family card.
Photocopy of savings book for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of IDR 50 million (for 3 consecutive months).
Employment certificate / company sponsorship for employees.
- If the position is Manager, Director, Commissioner, please attach the Company's NPWP & SIUP.
- If you have your own business, the sponsorship letter is made on white paper and stamped and includes the NPWP & SIUP.
- If sponsored by family (child/husband/parent) please attach documents explaining the relationship, for example birth certificate/family card/marriage certificate etc.
- If your status is retired, you must provide a certificate that you have made and signed yourself.
If invited by family or friends in Australia, please attach a photocopy of the inviter's passport and visa or ID card (if the inviter has permanent residence in Australia or is an Australian citizen) along with an invitation letter and proof of relationship (birth certificate if family, photo if the relationship with the inviter is a friend).
For ages 75 years and over required:
- Travel insurance (visa will be granted according to the insurance).
- A certificate from a doctor appointed by the embassy (the results of the examination will be sent by the doctor and presented to the embassy), and the applicant must provide proof of payment for the examination. For medical check-ups, a referral letter from the Australian embassy is required.
If your child is traveling with you and is still in school, please attach:
- Photocopy of student card
- Original school certificate
- Photocopy of birth certificate

NOTES :

If the applicant is going to Australia solely for business purposes, but after the Australian embassy has conducted a check, it is discovered that the applicant is conducting a business that generates income in Australia, then the applicant is required to withdraw and replace the correct form and make another payment, just like applying for a new visa.

The price for making a VISA above only applies if the customer has purchased an air ticket at Aras Hijrah Holidays
If the VISA application as referred to in point 1 (one) above is not a single unit (or bundled) with the purchase of an air ticket, so that if the VISA process is not approved or rejected or is approved late by the relevant embassy, then all changes/cancellations for tickets that have been purchased will follow the provisions of the applicable airline.
The VISA processing time period is calculated from when all the documents required for the process have been received by the transfer office/embassy.

- Visa Application Form series 1419
  The application form is specifically for submitting an application for an Australian Tourist Visa.
- Visa Application Form series 1415
  The Application Form is specifically for submitting an Australian Business Visa application (for applicants who are visiting Australia for business purposes and not earning money, such as for meeting purposes only).
- Visa Application Form Series 1400
  The Application Form is specifically for submitting an application for an Australian Business Companion Visa (For husbands, wives, or children who are traveling for tourism purposes but accompanying family members who are traveling together for business purposes and for applicants who are traveling to Australia for business purposes but earning money such as public speakers, applicants who are participating in competitions/tournaments, tour leaders, and those whose employment status is a pastor).
Passport valid for at least 6 months.
Photocopy of passport, attaching all front and back pages as well as all pages with stamps and visas.

The above Visa Making Price must be accompanied by the Purchase of an Air Ticket or Tour Package according to the Visa Destination being made.
The visa processing time is calculated from the time all document files are submitted to the Transfer Office or Embassy.
