Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 8 months + Old passport with a minimum name of 2 syllables on the passport bio page
- Recent color passport photos measuring 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 sheets, with a white background
- Print out ticket reservation
- Tickets must be using Emirates Airlines and must have been issued (if non-Emirates, please attach the Ticket Reservation)
- If you bring children, you must attach a Birth Certificate & Family Card.
- When traveling, husband and wife must attach a marriage certificate and family card.
- Filling out the Dubai Visa Manual Form
- Hotel Vouchers
– For a 30-day Visa stay, you must attach a Hotel Voucher, 1 reservation, 1 name including children (there must be names of the guests who apply) - Bank Account Statements for the last 3 months and updates
- Company Sponsor Letter (additional requirement for applying for a 30-day Dubai Visa)
- Last 3 Months Pay Slip (additional requirement for applying for a 30-day Dubai Visa)
- Additional Color Scan of Passport Cover, Bio Page, Page 4 and all Visa Pages with visa stamp/sticker
Notes :
Currently, Dubai Immigration has accepted passports with single names and with the addition of the name that is usually on page 4 of the passport.
If a guest's name is "Abdul", it must be 3 syllables, for example Abdul Tengku Rasyid
Note :
Business Visa :
– Invitation letter from the inviting company
– Copy of Inviter's Passport & Residence Card
Family Visit Visa:
– Invitation letter from the inviter
– F.copy of passport and visa of the inviter
– Proof of relationship with the inviter (must be child & parent, younger sibling & older sibling)

Terms and Conditions :
- The price for making a VISA above only applies if the customer has purchased an air ticket at Aras Hijrah Holidays
- If the VISA application as referred to in point 1 (one) above is not a single unit (or bundled) with the purchase of an air ticket, so that if the VISA process is not approved or rejected or is approved late by the relevant embassy, then all changes/cancellations for tickets that have been purchased will follow the provisions of the applicable airline.
- The VISA processing time period is calculated from when all the documents required for the process have been received by the transfer office/embassy.
