Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
The package is valid for a minimum of 20 participants per group (accompanied by a tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;

1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 5,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Next, the down payment is IDR 5,000,000/person.

2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
Minimum departure of 20 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
If there are less than 20 participants, then there is an additional 50-100 USD.

3. FLIGHT TICKETS

ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).

4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE

Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- D-59 to D-36: IDR 1,500,000 (China).
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.

5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation fee:

After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

6. VISA

Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.

7. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE

Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.

9. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE

Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.

10. IMMIGRATION POLICY

Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.

11. ITINERARY

Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes may occur without prior notice to participants. ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for any material or immaterial losses resulting from these changes.

12. SPECIAL REQUESTS

ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.

13. MATTERS BEYOND ArasHijrahHolidays' RESPONSIBILITY

ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:

Loss, damage or delay of baggage
Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.

14. RIGHTS ArasHijrahHolidays ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:

Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.

“Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 14 terms and conditions.”

By paying the deposit/down payment for the tour registration fee, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the above terms and conditions. The full tour terms and conditions apply as stated in the tour program brochure/website.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
Fill out the registration form
Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.

CHINA VISA DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

Original passport with a minimum validity of 7 months from the date of departure and at least 2 blank pages for visa.
The signature page of the passport must be signed by the passport holder.
Photo showing face, no jewelry, wearing clothes selain white, with a white background.
Fill in formulir visa china.
Family Card and ID Card.
For applicants under 18 years of age, please attach: Copy of Birth Certificate, copy of parents' ID card/passport, and a statement letter from the non-accompanying parent who provides travel permission (Parental Consent Letter). This letter should include the travel dates and the parents' contact information.

Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - TRANSIT KUALA LUMPUR - SHENZHEN (MoB)

Gather 3 hours before departure at Soekarno Hatta Airport Terminal 3 for the check-in process for the flight to Shenzhen via Kuala Lumpur (2 hours transit). Take off at 15.40, arrive at Shenzhen Airport at 01.15, immigration process and baggage claim.
Transfer to Hotel. Overnight at Shenzhen Vienna Hotel Aiguo / similar *4

Day 2, Route / Location: SHENZHEN - GUANGZHOU (B/L/X)

Breakfast at the hotel, check out the hotel.
Visiting Lianhuashan Park, Photostop Civic Centre, Ping an Finance Centre, then Shenzhen Mosque, Visiting Jade and herbal shop
Then continue to Guangzhou
Overnight at Guangzhou Manguo International Baiyun Hotel/ similar

Day 3, Route / Location: GUANGZHOU (B/L/X)

Today the tour starts with photostop Canton Tower, shopping at Baiyun Leather.
Visiting Saad bin Abu Waqqash Mosque, shopping at APM Mall & Pantang Wuyue, evening Optional Pearl River Cruise.
Back to the hotel, rest.

Day 4, Route / Location: GUANGZHOU - ZHUHAI (B/L/X)

This morning transfer to Zhuhai, visit Latex, bamboo shop, visit Yunming Palace (include costum), optional Jinshan Park (cable car & roller coaster), photo stop di Zhuhai Theatre.

Day 5, Route / Location: ZHUHAI - HONGKONG (B/X/X)

This morning transfer to Hong Kong, via the HZMB bridge, a 55 km long bridge, part of which is above the sea for 35 km and part of which is under the sea for almost 7 km, using the Golden Shuttler Bus public transport.
Arrived in Hong Kong to visit jewelry & souvenir shop, and then visit Victoria Peak (optional Tram), Bauhinia Square, Avenue of Stars, Islamic Centre.
Overnight at Hongkong Best Western Kowloon Hongkong/ setaraf.

Day 6, Route / Location: HONG KONG - TRANSIT KUALA LUMPUR - JAKARTA (B/MoB)

Breakfast meal box, Check out Hotel
Heading to the airport for the return process
