The price is based on the USD exchange rate of IDR 18,000. There will be adjustments if the USD exchange rate increases.
Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:
- Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
- The package is valid for a minimum of 20 participants per group (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
- If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
- By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;
- Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
- Next, the down payment is IDR 5,000,000/person.
- Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
- Peberangkatan minimal 20 peserta (didampingi tour leader)
- If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
- If there are less than 20 participants, then there is an additional 50-100 USD.
- ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).
- Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- D-59 to D-36: Booking fee (IDR 3,000,000) is declared forfeited.
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.
- After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
- If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
- If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
- D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
- D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
- D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
- Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
- ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
- Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
- Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.
- Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
- D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
- D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
- D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
- Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.
- Loss, damage or delay of baggage
- Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
- Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
- Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.
- Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
- Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
- Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
- Fill out the registration form
- Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
- Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
- Submit a down payment of IDR 5,000,000/person saat pendaftaran
- Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.
VISA REQUIREMENTS:
- South Korea visa application form.
- Color passport photo measuring 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with a white background.
- Original passport proof with validity of more than 6 months.
- Photocopy of the personal information page in your passport and the immigration stamp page (if you have been to another country).
- Employment certificate in English and proof of tax payment (SPT) from the previous year specifically for employees.
- Business License (SIUP) and SPT from the previous year specifically for entrepreneurs.
- Student certificate from the special school for students.
- For those who are not yet working, it is mandatory to attach a graduation certificate from the last school.
- Photocopy of ID card.
- Photocopy of Family Card.
- Original bank statement documents for the last 3 months (have obtained proof of wet stamp from the bank).
- If you don't have a bank statement, you can replace it with a credit card bill for the last 3 months, a statement letter and a photocopy of the car's BPKB.

Itinerary
Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - INCHEON (Meals On Board)
CGK (23.25) – ICN (08.30)+1 by GA 878=> Garuda Indonesia
Tonight we gather at Soekarno-Hatta Airport to depart for Incheon with Skytrax's 5-star airline.
Overnight on the plane.
Day 2, Route / Location: SEOUL - ANSAN (Breakfast on Board, MS, MM)
Today we arrived at Incheon International Airport and were greeted by a friendly Guide. After arriving we will begin our journey to Ansan, here we will visit Bada Hyanggi Theme Park, Nojeckbong Fall Park, and finally continued with Ansan Mosque, one of the mosques founded by foreign immigrants, one of whom is Indonesia. Continued by exploring the city of Seoul from a height at Seoul N-Tower, here we can also put a love padlock on the love and lock. Check in at the hotel to rest.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we will pass the Blue House, then visit Gyeongbok Palace & National Folklore Museum and try wearing Hanbok (Korean Traditional Clothes) here. Today we will also peek into the beauty secrets of Korean people and shop at the Amethyst Showcase, National Ginseng Museum, Red Pine Shop (Korean Herbal Medicine). After that we will visit HiKR Ground. Continue to HiKR Ground, here we can visit Starfield Library which is the largest and most popular library located in the middle of a shopping center, here there is also a Gangnam Style Statue.

Breakfast at the hotel, Today we will visit the Local Cosmetic Shop, heading to the Han River Park which is the filming location of “Hotel Del Luna”. Today we will also visit Hongdae Youth Avenue. Next, we will continue by going to the ITAEWON MOSQUE for a moment of prayer and witnessing the beauty of the Korean mosque. Today we will also visit the Duty Free Shop (Tax-free cheap shopping).
