Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
The package is valid for a minimum of 25 participants per group (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;

1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Next, the down payment is IDR 5,000,000/person.

2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
Minimum departure of 25 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.

3. FLIGHT TICKETS

ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).

4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE

Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until H-36: Booking fee (IDR 3,000,000) is declared forfeited.
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.

5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation fee:

After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

6. VISA

Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.

7. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE

Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.

9. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE

Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.

10. IMMIGRATION POLICY

Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.

11. ITINERARY

Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.

12. SPECIAL REQUESTS

ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.

13. MATTERS BEYOND ARASHIJRAHHOLIDAYS RESPONSIBILITY

ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:

Loss, damage or delay of baggage
Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.

14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS

ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:

Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.

“Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 14 terms and conditions.”

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Submit a photo of an Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure.

Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
Submit a down payment of IDR 5,000,000 (not including baggage, ticket issued immediately)
Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.

Itinerary

Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - KUALA LUMPUR - MALACA - JOHOR BARU (MoB/D)

This morning we gather at Soekarno-Hatta Airport terminal 3 Ultimate to depart for Kuala Lumpur. Upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur we will be greeted by a friendly Indonesian speaking guide. Then we will go straight to Mallaca to visit the Red House, Christ Church / Anglican Church (Photostop) which was built in 1975. Continue to Famosa (photostop), the oldest European-style fort in Asia, then we will shop at Jonker Street (photostop) and continue the journey to Johor Baru. Check-in hotel and rest.
Stay at Grand Sentosa JB Hotel *** or equivalent

Day 2, Route / Location: JOHOR - SINGAPORE - KUALA LUMPUR (B/L/D)

Breakfast. We will go to Singapore and visit Merlion Park (photostop) then pass Esplanade, and Singapore Flyer. Continue to Garden by The Bay (Photostop) and Orchard Road (Photostop) then we will go to the souvenir shop to shop for souvenirs, then we will return to Kuala Lumpur. Check-in hotel and rest.

Day 3, Route / Location : KUALA LUMPUR - PENANG - HAT YAI (B/L/D)

Breakfast. We will head to the State Palace (Photostop), then continue to Penang by passing the Penang Bridge, visiting the Burmese Temple (Photostop) which is the oldest temple in Malaysia, and then head to Kek Lok Si Temple (Photostop). In the afternoon we will head to the Malaysia-Thailand border to Hatyai. Check-in hotel and rest.

Day 4, Route / Location: HAT YAI (B/L)

Breakfast, We will head to Songkhla to visit Samila Beach to take pictures at the Mermaid Statue, then we will visit the Sleeping Buddha Statue (Photostop) which is one of the largest statues in the world. Continue shopping for typical Thai souvenirs at Kaysorn, Nora Plaza, leather goods, Honey House, and also visit the Floating Market (Weekend Only). After lunch we will return to the hotel and free program. Here we can try Thai TUK-TUK transportation to walk around and try various culinary delights at Lee Garden Plaza. Check-in hotel rest.

Day 5, Route / Location : HAT YAI - KUALA LUMPUR (B/L)

Breakfast, we will head to Kuala Lumpur via the north-south highway. Check-in at the hotel and rest.

Day 6, Route / Location: KUALA LUMPUR - BATU CAVES - GENTING HIGHLAND (B/L)

Breakfast, We will go to Petronas Twin Towers (Photostop) and Dataran Merdeka (Photostop). Then shopping at Chocolate Kingdom. Continue to Batu Cave (Photostop). Then, we go to Genting Highland, Genting Premium Outlet, by taking the Cable Car to go up to Sky Avenue Genting. Check-in Hotel Rest.

Day 7, Route / Location: KUALA LUMPUR - PUTRA JAYA - DEPARTURE (B/MoB)

Breakfast, we will head to Putrajaya City Tour, Bridge and Mosque Putra Jaya (Photostop). Then we will shop at Mitsui Outlet Park which is famous for its branded goods at low prices and it's time to be transferred to the airport to return to Jakarta.
