Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
The package is valid for a minimum of 20 participants per group (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;

1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Next, the down payment is IDR 10,000,000/person.

2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
Minimum departure of 20 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.

3. FLIGHT TICKETS

ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).

4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE

Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- D-59 to D-36: IDR 1,500,000 (China).
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.

5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation fee:

After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

6. VISA

Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.

7. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE

Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.

9. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE

Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.

10. IMMIGRATION POLICY

Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.

11. ITINERARY

Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.

12. SPECIAL REQUESTS

ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.

13. THINGS BEYOND RESPONSIBILITY ArasHijrahHolidays

ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:

Loss, damage or delay of baggage
Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.

14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS

ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:

Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.

“Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 14 terms and conditions.”

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
Fill out the registration form
Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
Submit a down payment (DP) of IDR 10,000,000 at the time of registration
Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.

CHINA VISA DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure and a minimum of 2 pages for blank visas.

Under 18: Copy of birth certificate, copy of parent's ID card/passport, and a written statement from the non-accompanying parent granting permission to travel (Parental Consent Letter). This written statement must include the travel dates and the parent's contact information.

Itinerary

Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - SINGAPORE TRANSIT (MoB)

Gather at the airport 3 hours before departure, at 09.00 WIB, the group must gather at Soekarno Hatta Airport.
Handling, check-in, immigration and boarding processes
With Scoot TR277, take off for Singapore (transit) at 11.55 WIB. Arrive in Singapore at 14.45.
Tour Jewel Changi.
Then continue the flight to Kunming with Scoot TR160, taking off at 22.00.

Day 2, Route / Location : ARRIVAL KUNMING - KUNMING CITY TOUR (B/L/D)

Arrived at Kunming Changsui International Airport at 02.00. Then proceeded through immigration and baggage claim.
Then the journey continues to the hotel, check in at the Kunming Hotel and rest.
In the morning, start your journey with Kunming City Tour by visiting Green Lake Park (Cuihu) to enjoy the morning atmosphere of Kunming city.
Lunch at a nearby halal restaurant, followed by Dzuhur & Ashar prayers (Combine) at Suncheng Mosque. The group is given free time to pray and rest so that they are comfortable (Duration: 2 hours).
Pilgrimage to the Tomb of Sayyid Ajall Shams al-Din Omar al-Bukhari (the first Muslim Governor of Yunnan).
Visit the Jinbi Archway & Nanping Shopping Street area.
Dinner at a local halal restaurant.
Return to hotel.

Day 3, Route / Location : KUNMING - DALI (B/L/D)

HOTEL CHECK-OUT TIME: 07.00 AM. The group boarded a private bus with all large luggage. The private bus overland journey from Kunming to Dali (Duration ± 5 hours via toll road).
Arriving in Dali, take a lunch break at a Muslim restaurant, and allocate time for combined prayers (Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes).
Visiting the Ideal City-Santorini (Ideal State) on the shores of Erhai Lake.
Following the Erhai Lake Cruise, from Santorini, the bus takes you to the east/south pier to board the Erhai Lake Cruise. The boat will then cross the lake to the west pier.
The bus picks up at the west side arrival pier, then immediately takes the group to dinner at a halal restaurant in the ancient city area, as well as allocation for Maghrib & Isha prayers (Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes).
Hotel check-in process around Dali Ancient Town. Free program to enjoy the evening in the ancient town.

Day 4, Route / Location: DALI - SHANGRI LA (B/L/D)

HOTEL CHECK-OUT TIME: 08.00 AM. Large suitcases go back into the private bus trunk.
Bus journey from Dali to Shangri-La (± 3.5 hours).
Arrive at Shangri-La (altitude ±3,100m), halal lunch & combined prayers.
Visiting Songzanlin Temple / Songzanlin Monastery & Napa Lake / Napa Hai Wetland view
Visit Dukezong Ancient Town, pass through Guishan Park, Turtle Mountain Park, and turn around the Giant Prayer Tube.
Makan malam hangat khas Tibetan/Halal (misal: Hotpot Daging Yak Halal).
Check-in & overnight at Shangri-La.

Day 5, Route / Location : SHANGRI LA - LIJIANG (B/L/D)

The group gathered in the hotel lobby after breakfast, checked out of the hotel. Travel to the national park gate.
Take the Cable Car to the summit of Shika Snow Mountain (altitude 4,000m+).
Halal lunch & communal prayers at Shangri-La.
Bus journey from Shangri-La to Lijiang (± 3 hours).
Arriving in Lijiang, explore a leisurely stroll in Lijiang Ancient Town.
Halal dinner & prayer at Beinmenpo Mosque.
Check-in & overnight in Lijiang.

Day 6, Route / Location: LIJIANG (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Bus trip to Yulong Snow Mountain Area
Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Tour: Take the cable car to Spruce Meadow (Yunshanping).
Head to the Ganhaizi area for a halal lunch box.
Watch the colossal art performance of Impression Lijiang Show.Watch the colossal art performance of Impression Lijiang Show.
Visiting Blue Moon Valley (Lan Yue Gu) (including shuttle bus/battery car).
Back in town, congregational prayers were held at the Beinmenpo Mosque.

Day 7, Route / Location : LIJIANG - SHILIN - KUNMING (B/L/D)

Breakfast & hotel check-out.
Private bus journey from Lijiang to Shilin/Kunming area.
Friday prayers were held at the nearest local mosque, followed by a halal lunch.
Explore the natural wonders of the Stone Forest (Shilin).
Bus journey from Shilin to Kunming city center.
Halal dinner in Kunming.
Check-in & overnight in Kunming.

Day 8, Route / Location: KUNMING - AIRPORT (B/L/D)

Kunming Full Day City Tour – Airport Drop Off

Breakfast at the hotel.
Check out of the hotel and load your luggage onto the bus. Start your Kunming City Tour with a visit to Haigeng Park on the shores of Dianchi Lake.
Visit the Park 1903 (French Style Neighborhood) area for a leisurely stroll and photos in the European-style area.
Halal lunch & combined prayers at Suncheng Mosque.
Explore the historic city and shopping centers: Kunming Old Street, Jinbi Archway, and hunt for last-minute souvenirs at Nanping Pedestrian Street.
Muslim-friendly Farewell Dinner.
Private bus journey to Kunming Changshui International Airport.
Arrive at Kunming Airport (October 10th) for baggage check-in, immigration and boarding.

Day 9, Route / Location: JAKARTA (MoB)

Arrive at the airport. Proceed directly through international immigration and Air China baggage check-in (required 2 hours before departure).
Scoot TR161 took off at 3:00 AM for Singapore (Transit).
Arrived at Singapore Airport for transit at 07.10.
Then, continue the flight back to Jakarta with the Scoot TR276 plane, taking off at 10.00.
The group arrived at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Jakarta safely at 10.55 WIB. The tour was completed successfully.
