Passport that is still valid for no less than 30 (thirty) days after the end of the visit period.

Hotels while in South Africa
A statement or documentation confirming the purpose and duration of the visit (COMPANY SPONSORSHIP LETTER) and proof of accommodation in South Africa such as proof of hotel reservation or invitation from the event organizer as well as proof of the organizer's legal status in South Africa.
Copy of ID card
Proof of Indonesian visa status, such as a Limited Stay Permit Card/KITAS (for foreign nationals only).
Financial proof: Bank statements for the last 3 months with a minimum balance of IDR 50 million per person (must be legalized and bear the original bank stamp). If employed, please attach the bank account used to receive your salary.
Yellow fever vaccination certificate if the applicant will be traveling, or has traveled from or through a yellow fever area.
Documents or other evidence deemed necessary by the visa official.
For birth certificates and marriage certificates along with family cards, they must be legalized and translated into English (if traveling with family).
Supporting evidence from the inviting company for business purposes (invitation letter).

The price for making a VISA above only applies if the customer has purchased an air ticket at Aras Hijrah Holidays
If the VISA application as referred to in point 1 (one) above is not a single unit (or bundled) with the purchase of an air ticket, so that if the VISA process is not approved or rejected or is approved late by the relevant embassy, then all changes/cancellations for tickets that have been purchased will follow the provisions of the applicable airline.
The VISA processing time period is calculated from when all the documents required for the process have been received by the transfer office/embassy.

For marriage certificates, they must be translated into English when the husband and wife travel together.
Child's birth certificate translated into English when traveling with children
For owners or equivalent directors who attach a SIUP, the SIUP must be translated into English.
