Requirements

1. Passports that are valid for more than 6 months from the date of arrival and old passports.

2. 2 recent color passport photos measuring 3.5 X 4.5, with a white background, with a facial composition of 70 to 80% and printed on photo paper, with good print quality and a clear appearance.
3. Financial proof for the last 3 months in the form of a photocopy of a bank statement or savings book (from the front page containing the name and account number to the last transaction page) of at least IDR 80 million/person.

4. Photocopy of family card.
5. If the name listed in the passport is different, attach a photocopy of the name change letter.
6. If your wife is traveling with you, attach a photocopy of your marriage certificate.
7. If your child is traveling with you and is still in school, please attach:

• Photocopy of student card,

• Original school certificate

• Fotokopi Akte kelahiran

8. If there are children living in Austria, please attach photocopies of passports, visas, birth certificates and invitations.
9. Print out the ticket reservation.
10. Confirm hotel during trip in Europe.
11. Travel insurance valid for the duration of your stay in Europe and a sum assured of USD 50,000 or EURO 30,000.
12. The form must be completed and signed by the applicant. For children who do not yet have an ID card, the form must be signed by both parents.
13. Latest pay slip for those who are employed.

15. For a Business Visa, there must be an invitation on the company letterhead of the inviting party.
16. For businesses, please also attach the company's savings book/account statement.
17. Sponsorship letter in English on the letterhead of the company where the person concerned works with the following provisions:
– If there are other people/family members traveling with you, include the name and status of that person.

Photocopy of passport and/or resident visa
Evidence of business activities conducted in South Africa
Proof of Travel Itinerary (schedule of Activities in South Africa)
Proof of residential address during business activities.

Terms and Conditions :

The price for making a VISA above only applies if the customer has purchased an air ticket at Aras Hijrah Holidays
If the VISA application as referred to in point 1 (one) above is not a single unit (or bundled) with the purchase of an air ticket, so that if the VISA process is not approved or rejected or is approved late by the relevant embassy, then all changes/cancellations for tickets that have been purchased will follow the provisions of the applicable airline.
The VISA processing time period is calculated from when all the documents required for the process have been received by the transfer office/embassy.
