The decision to grant or reject a visa rests solely with the embassy. ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for any visa delays or denials, and participants cannot sue or blame the travel agent. All losses resulting from visa issues are the responsibility of the participant.
Travel schedules, routes, hotels, and transportation are subject to change without prior notice due to airline policies, Schengen visa regulations from embassies, hotel room availability, bus regulations, or seasonal conditions in Europe. ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for any losses incurred.
- Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
- The package is valid for a minimum of 20 participants per group (accompanied by a tour leader)
- If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
- By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;
  1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT
  Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
  Next, the down payment is IDR 15,000,000/person.
  2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
  Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
  Minimum departure of 20 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
  If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
  3. FLIGHT TICKETS
  ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).
  4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE
  Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
  From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
  H-59 hingga H-36: Rp 2.500.000 (Visa Schengen Eropa)
  D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.
  5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION
  Cancellation fee:
  After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
  If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
  If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
  D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
  D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
  D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
  6. VISA
  Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
  ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
  Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
  Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.
  7. SCHENGEN VISA BIOMETRIC SCHEDULE
  Participants must be present in Jakarta for the specified biometric process.
  All documents brought by participants during biometrics without going through the checking/confirmation process with the ArasHijrahHolidays team are the responsibility of the participants.
  The biometric schedule is determined by the embassy and cannot be changed or cancelled.
  Cancellation of the biometric schedule will be subject to a fine of IDR 1,500,000.
  Absence from biometric schedule, visa & insurance fees will be forfeited.
  8. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE
  Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
  D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
  D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
  D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.
  9. FORCE MAJEURE
  In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.
  10. CURRENCY EXCHANGE
  Exchange rate changes above IDR 19,000/Euro (H-10) will be subject to price adjustments according to the exchange rate difference.
  11. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE
  Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.
  12.IMMIGRATION POLICY
  Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.
  13. ITINERARY
  Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.
  14. SPECIAL REQUESTS
  ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.
  15. THINGS BEYOND ArasHijrahHolidays RESPONSIBILITY
  ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:
  Loss, damage or delay of baggage
  Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
  Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
  Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.
  14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS
  ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:
  Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
  Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
  Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.
  “Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 16 terms and conditions.”

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
Fill out the registration form
Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
Submit a down payment of IDR 15,000,000/person at the time of registration.
Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.

VISA REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENTS:

Valid passport and attach expired passport (if any).
Photocopy of ID Card, Family Card and Marriage Certificate for husband and wife.
Photocopy of the child's birth certificate accompanying his/her parents.
Two recent passport photos with a white background measuring 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with 80% face zoom.
For Workers: Surat keterangan kerja / sponsorship : Format surat akan diberikan oleh Muslimtravel.
For Retirees: Retirement certificate.
For Students: Student card and student certificate from the school/university.
Reference letter from Bank (Printed on letterhead, stamped and signed by the bank).
Print bank statement (savings) Active for the past 3 months with a balance of IDR 50 million per participant. If traveling with family members under one family card, simply calculate the multiples; for example, for two participants, the minimum balance is IDR 100 million. (Each account statement (savings) must be stamped and initialed by the bank)
All softcopies of documents must be submitted/sent to ArasHijrahHolidays a maximum of 1 week before submission.
ArasHijrahHolidays will schedule an appointment for biometrics/application at the Embassy Agency. Participants must arrive on time and bring all required original documents. (Transportation costs to the Embassy Agency in Jakarta are borne by the participant.)

DISCLAIMER VISA :

We, ArasHijrahHolidays, as a travel agent, can only help submit/process visa applications according to procedures and the required documents.

Any delays in completing documents are not our responsibility at ArasHijrahHolidays as the travel agency.

Visa fees must still be paid even if the visa is not approved by the Embassy, likely if there are other costs such as cancellation of hotels, buses, plane tickets that occur due to deadlines that do not necessarily match the visa processing completion time from the Embassy and also other tour costs, then these will be charged to the tour participants.

The Embassy has the final say on visa applications and we, ArasHijrahHolidays, as the travel agency, cannot determine whether a tour participant's visa will be rejected or accepted.

In the event of a visa rejection by the embassy, whether with or without reason, ArasHijrahHolidays as the travel agent is released from responsibility for the visa rejection.

Itinerary

Day 1, Route / Location: Jakarta - Doha - Paris (MOB)

Gather at 5:00 a.m. WIB at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta, Indonesia. Baggage check-in and boarding process.
Take off with flight QR 959 at 09.10 to Doha for transit.
Arriving in Doha at 1:35 PM, the airline then changes to QR 37 at 3:05 PM to continue its flight to Paris. Meals on board the aircraft
Arrive in Paris at 8:55 PM, clear immigration and pick up baggage. Check in to the Ibis Styles Fontenay Paris Hotel, get cleaned up, and rest.

Day 2, Route / Location: Paris City Tour (B,L,D)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Start the tour by heading to the Eiffel Tower, the world-famous icon of Paris and France, the Arc de Triomphe, a monument erected to commemorate the victory of Napoleon Bonaparte. Champs Elysees, the main street in Paris with the most expensive shops in the world filled with branded boutiques and cafes. Then visit the Place de la Concorde, the main square of Paris with many historical relics. Then a photostop at the Louvre Museum, one of the icons of Paris with many historical relics around it.
Dzuhur and Asr congregational prayers at the Grande Mosquée de Paris and lunch.
Then shopping at Benlux/Paris Look Duty Free Outlet, a place to shop for cheap branded goods, especially perfume, then photostop at Les Invalides, a 17th-century building and the burial place of Napoleon Bonaparte.
Next, tour the city of Paris with a Paris River Cruise (optional tour) passing the Seine River Bank, dinner, then return to the hotel.

Day 3, Route / Location: Paris - Brussels - Amsterdam (B,L,D)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Check out of the hotel.
Visiting the Grand Place, a city square surrounded by historic old buildings, the Manneken Pis, the icon of Brussels, a statue of a small child urinating. Rudolf Braun Chocolate, the most famous chocolate shop in Brussels, Atomium, one of the icons of Brussels.
Lunch and congregational Dzuhur and Asr prayers at the Grand Mosque of Brussels
Continue your journey to Amsterdam. Dinner and check-in at the Hotel Fogo Amsterdam

Day 4, Route / Location: Amsterdam - Keukenhof (B,L,D)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Enjoy a tour of the Tulip Festival in Keukenhoff-Lisse.
Visit Zaanse Schans: a Dutch icon, a 17th-century windmill and a place to shop for cheese and chocolate. Then, have lunch.
Then to Volendam: a tourist village where you can dress in traditional Dutch clothing (optional tour) and shop for Dutch souvenirs. Then visit the Diamond Outlet (House of Gassan) to learn about the process of polishing diamonds from raw materials to high-value diamonds.
Visiting Dam Square, the city square in Amsterdam which is the center of state and trade activities, then to Amsterdam Central Station, the largest train station in Amsterdam with its unique and historic building.
Dzuhur and Asr congregational prayers at Masjid Fatih.
Dinner then return to the hotel.

Day 5, Route / Location: Amsterdam - Cologne - Strasbourg (B,L,D)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Check out of the hotel and proceed to Cologne City Center (City Tour).
Visiting Cologne Cathedral, the icon of the city of Cologne, a Gothic church dating back to the 13th century.
Lunch and congregational Dhuhur and Asr prayers at the Cologne Mosque. Then continue the journey to Strasbourg.
Dinner then Check in hotel at Residence Inn Marriot Strasbourg.

Day 6, Route / Location: Strasbourg - Zurich (B,L,D)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Check out of the hotel and proceed to City Center of Strasbourg, walking tour in the middle of the city center.
Visiting Grande Mosque, La Petite France, Cathedrale Notre Dame de Strasbourg. Then have lunch at the restaurant.
Continuing the journey to Saverne, Bouxwiller & Colmar
Dinner and head to the hotel Intercity Hotel Zurich Airportto check in.

Hari Ke-7, Rute / Lokasi : Zurich - Mt Titlis - Luzern - Zurich

Sarapan pagi lalu check out hotel menuju Engelberg (Mount Titlis)
Shalat jama dzuhur ashar di Ebicon Mosque / Islamic Culturverein Mosque dan mengunjungi Chapel of Bridge jembatan bersejarah peninggalan abad 14.
Kemudian mengunjungi Luzern Lake danau Luzern yang terletak di pusat kota, Luzern Train Center Station sentra stasiun kereta api, Bucherer Watch Factory pusat jam tangan branded, Gubelin Watch Factory pusat jam tangan branded, Cassagrande Shop toko souvenir dan oleh oleh terlengkap di Luzern
Makan siang di restoran
Melanjutkan perjalanan ke Zurich dan kembali ke hotel.

Day 8, Route / Location: Zurich - Milan - Vicenza (B,L,D)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Check out of the hotel and proceed to Milan.
Heading to Milan for lunch at a restaurant.
Visiting Duomo / Piazza Castello alun alun pusat turis, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II Mall, Centro Islamico Milano
Journey to the city of Vicenza, then dinner at a restaurant
Head to AC Hotel Vicenza by Marriot to check in.

Day 9, Route / Location: Vicenza - Venice - Prato (B,L,D)

Breakfast at the hotel with international menu and check out of the hotel
Heading to Venice for pick-up at Piazzale Rome to the Venice Island area
Walking tour : Piazza San Marco the main square in Venice, Italy, commonly known simply as the Piazza, Bridge of Sighs one of the typical bridges of Venice Italy made of Istrian stone, barocco built in 1600 by Antonio Contin, enjoy Gondola Experiences around the canals of Venice Island (optional tour)
Dzuhur and Asr congregational prayers at Centro Islamico Venezia and lunch
Continue the journey to Bologna to visit Faizan E-madina Bologna
Dinner and head to Prato to check in at the Art Hotel Milano.

Day 10, Route / Location: Prato - Pisa - Rome (B,L,D)

Breakfast at the hotel with an international menu. Check out of the hotel and proceed to Florence.

Day 12, Route / Location: Hamad International Airport - Soekarno Hatta Airport

Arriving in Doha at 4:55 a.m., we transferred to QR 954 at 8:45 a.m. to continue our journey to Jakarta.
