Note: Prices are based on the YEN exchange rate of IDR 115, there will be adjustments if the YEN exchange rate increases.

Terms and Conditions regarding Tour Fees & Implementation:

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
The package is valid for a minimum of 25 participants per group (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.
By registering and paying the down payment, participants are deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions below;

1. REGISTRATION & DOWN PAYMENT

Tour registration must be accompanied by a booking fee of IDR 1,000,000/person. (NON REFUNDABLE)
Next, the down payment is IDR 10,000,000/person.

2. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Group departures will be carried out if the minimum number of participants is met:
Minimum departure of 25 participants (accompanied by 1 tour leader)
If the number of participants is insufficient, there will be a price adjustment or cancellation with applicable cancellation provisions.

3. FLIGHT TICKETS

ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to issue airline tickets without participant consent to meet airline deadlines, especially for promotional tickets (non-refundable, non-reroute, non-reschedule).

4. CHANGE DATE/TOUR PACKAGE

Participants who wish to change the date or tour package (provided that the Visa schedule has not yet been issued/have not or are currently applying for a Visa in a country that requires a Visa) will be subject to a penalty fee.
- From registration until D-60: IDR 1,500,000/person.
- H-59 hingga H-36: Rp 1.500.000 (Jepang).
- D-35 to D-Day: Provisions refer to Point 5.

5. CANCELLATION/RESIGNATION/SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation fee:

After DP payment: Down Payment is forfeited.
If the ticket has been issued: The ticket fee is forfeited.
If you have already received a visa slot: The down payment + Visa Slot Fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees are forfeited + 50% of the Land Tour price.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

6. VISA

Participants are required to fulfill visa documents according to embassy regulations.
ArasHijrahHolidays assists with the visa application process but does not guarantee receipt of the visa.
Additional costs due to visa rejection at immigration or deportation are entirely the responsibility of the participant, and there are no refunds for tour costs.
Visa fees may change at any time according to embassy policy.

7. IF THE VISA IS REJECTED/THE VISA DOES NOT ISSUE

Before D-36: DP, Visa Fees, and Insurance are forfeited.
D-35 to D-25: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 50% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-24 to D-15: Visa & Insurance Fees, Airline Tickets + 80% Land Tour Price are forfeited.
D-14 to the day of departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be forfeited.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In case of extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, epidemics, or riots etc., ArasHijrahHolidays reserves the right to change the schedule or itinerary without refund for unused services.

9. PARTICIPANTS OVER 60 YEARS OF AGE

Participants aged over 60 years or with physical/mental limitations must be accompanied by a responsible companion during the trip.

10. IMMIGRATION POLICY

Rejection or deportation by immigration authorities is the prerogative of Immigration (Indonesia & Destination Country) and is the responsibility of the participant, and there is no refund of tour costs.

11. ITINERARY

Changes to travel schedules, hotels, or bus routes will be made with prior notification to participants.

12. SPECIAL REQUESTS

ArasHijrahHolidays will try to accommodate special requests such as certain food menus or rooms, but does not guarantee availability and depends on the service provider's policy.

13. THINGS BEYOND RESPONSIBILITY ArasHijrahHolidays

ArasHijrahHolidays is not responsible for:

Loss, damage or delay of baggage
Travel constraints due to delays in transportation.
Loss or leaving behind of personal belongings due to negligence or criminal acts.
Deportation due to documents not meeting requirements.

14.ArasHijrahHolidays RIGHTS

ArasHijrahHolidays has the right to:

Cancel the tour if the number of participants does not meet the minimum, with cancellation conditions applicable.
Change routes or schedules according to conditions in the field.
Remove participants from the group if they cause trouble or break the rules.

“Prospective tour participants are required to read and understand the terms and conditions listed above. By making payment to ArasHijrahHolidays, participants are deemed to have read and agreed to all 14 terms and conditions.”

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian passport valid for at least 7 months from the date of departure
Fill out the registration form
Submit a copy of your passport, ID card, family card
Submit a 4×6 color passport photo with a white background.
Submit a down payment of IDR 10,000,000/person at the time of registration
Payment and completeness of documents must be made no later than 30 days before departure.

Any delays in completing documents are not our responsibility, ArasHijrahHolidays as the travel agency.

Visa fees must still be paid even if the visa is not approved by the Embassy, likely if there are other costs such as cancellation of hotels, buses, plane tickets that occur due to deadlines that do not necessarily match the visa processing completion time from the Embassy and also other tour costs, then these will be charged to the tour participants.

The Embassy has the final say on visa applications and we, ArasHijrahHolidays, as the travel agency, cannot determine whether a tour participant's visa will be rejected or accepted.

In the event of a visa rejection by the embassy, whether with or without reason, ArasHijrahHolidays as the travel agent is released from responsibility for the visa rejection.

Itinerary

Day 1, Route / Location: JAKARTA - AIRPORT (MoB)

12.40 Gather at Terminal 3 Gate 2 (Tower C)Â Bandara SoekarnoHatta.
Baggage check-in and immigration and boarding processes.
With Malaysia Airlines flight MH720 taking off at 15.40 WIB to Kuala Lumpur.
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur at 18.50 local time.
Continued flight to Osaka Kansai International Airport. Malaysia Airlines flight MH-52 took off at 22:40 JST.

Day 2, Route / Location: OSAKA (MoB/L/X)

Arrived in Osaka at 5:50 AM, went through immigration and baggage claim. Then met with our guide.
Start the tour for photostop at Osaka Castle: a very beautiful and historic castle in Osaka city built in the 16th century.
Photostop Umeda Sky Building.
Dzuhur prayer at Osaka Istiklal Mosque: The main mosque in Osaka.
Continue the journey to shop at Shinsaibashi Street, a shopping and pop culture center in Osaka city and Dotonbori to take photos with the iconic Glico Running Man as the backdrop.
Check in and rest at Hotel Shin Osaka Esaka Tokyu Rei/ Equivalent *3.

Day 3, Route / Location: OSAKA - KYOTO - GIFU (B/X/D)

Breakfast at the hotel, check out of the hotel
Then head to Kyoto to visit Arashiyama Bamboo Forest: A beautiful modern bamboo forest.
Dzuhur prayer in Kyoto Muslim Center.
Visit Fushimi Inari Shrine with its beautiful thousand gates. Then continue to Gifu.
Dinner in Traditional Yukata Dress.
Check in and rest at Hotel Resol Gifu/Equivalent*3.

Day 4, Route / Location : GIFU - TAKAYAMA - SHIRAKAWAGO - MATSUMOTO (B/L/X)

Breakfast at the hotel, check out.
Then continue to the city of Takayama Oldtown: a city where visitors can enjoy the traditions of Japan in their entirety, starting from the trading atmosphere, Jinrikisha (people's rickshaw) enjoying the atmosphere of the 16th century Edo period.
Continue to Shirakawago City, then visit Shirakawago Village: a village located in Gifu Prefecture, Japan, which has traditional Japanese houses, namely gassho-zukuri.
Then head to Matsumoto: A traditional village at the foot of Mount Fuji.
Check in and rest at Hotel Alpico Matsumoto /3* equivalent.

Day 5, Route / Location: MATSUMOTO - FUJI AREA - GOTEMBA - TOKYO (B/L/X)

Breakfast at the hotel, check out.
Start the tour by visiting Saiko Iyashi No Sato Village: A traditional village at the foot of Mount Fuji and take a photo wearing a Kimono (included).
Dzuhur prayer in Kawaguchiko mosque.
Visiting Gotemba Premium Outlet, a premium outlet shop with a beautiful view of Mt Fuji.
Check in and rest at Day Nice Hotel Tokyo/3* equivalent.

Day 6, Route / Location: TOKYO FREE TIME (B/X/X)

Breakfast at the hotel.
Free Program (Optional to Tokyo Disneyland)or Free programno Bus & Guide.

Day 7, Route / Location: TOKYO - NARITA AIRPORT - KUALA LUMPUR (B/L/MoB)

Breakfast and hotel check-out
Visiting Asakusa Kannon Temple: The oldest and most famous Buddhist temple in Tokyo, built in the 7th century. Nakamise Street: A traditional shopping street approximately 250 meters long leading to Sensoji.
Ueno Park : Museum and zoo, Cherry blossom spot in spring
Dzuhur prayer at Tokyo Cami Mosque: The largest and most magnificent mosque in Japan, and enjoy the Shibuya Cross scramble (Tokyo's modern icon) & take photos at the Hachiko statue (The legendary statue symbolizing loyalty in front of Shibuya Station)
Head to Tokyo Narita International Airport for check-in, immigration, and boarding. Please arrive at the airport no later than 6:50 PM JST for check-in, immigration, and boarding.
With Malaysia Airlines flight MH71 taking off at 21.50 JST to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 8, Route / Location: KUALA LUMPUR - JAKARTA (MoB)

Arrive in Kuala Lumpur at 05.00 local time
Continuing the flight with Malaysia Airlines flight MH713 took off at 07.25 to Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
Arrived at Soekarno Hatta International Airport, God willing, safely at 08.30 WIB.
