Fill in visa application form
Recent passport photos with a white background, size 3.5 x 4.5 = 2 sheets, photos must be printed on photo paper with good quality and clear appearance.
Passport and photocopy of passport (identity page, visa/immigration stamps from other countries visited and the back page/official notes
Bank Statement for the last 3 months *(must have a wet stamp from the Bank) and original Bank Reference Letter
Employment Certificate and Sponsorship Letter from the company where the applicant works (in English, typed and on letterhead)
Student/Pupil Certificate and photocopy of Student/Pupil ID Card (in English, typed and letterhead)
Photocopy of Trade Business License (SIUP) from the company where the applicant works
Photocopy of Annual Tax Return (SPT PPh 21) paid by the Company where the applicant works (If there is no Tax Return, the applicant must make a Statement Letter that they do not have a Tax Return and attach the last 3 months' pay slips)
Photocopy of Family Card, Marriage Certificate/Marriage Book, Birth Certificate, KTP
Applicants staying more than 91 days in South Korea must include: Height Test Certificate Form which can be obtained from a hospital designated by the Embassy.

The latest SPT PPH 21 / SPT Form 1770 A1/A2 for the last year is only attached if the applicant applies for a Multiple Entry Visa using the nominal salary as a benchmark (in this case, the applicant does not have a Supporting Visa such as Korea/Schengen/UK/USA/Canada) and the minimum salary requirement is USD 8,000 per year.
If the visa applicant is a housewife, retired or unemployed, they must attach a work certificate from their spouse who is still working or attach their own visa application letter (typed and stamped 6000) and complete with proof of a Retirement Decree or Work Experience Letter from their previous employer.

For a business visa you must attach:
- Invitation with company letterhead from Korea
- Company license in Korea
- Employment contract agreement between a company in Indonesia and a company in Korea
Money will not be refunded if the applicant has agreed to apply and the Embassy has received the documents whether successful or not.
The success of the visa application is the full authority of the Indonesian Embassy.

The price for making a VISA above only applies if the customer has purchased an air ticket at Aras Hijrah Holidays
If the VISA application as referred to in point 1 (one) above is not a single unit (or bundled) with the purchase of an air ticket, so that if the VISA process is not approved or rejected or is approved late by the relevant embassy, then all changes/cancellations for tickets that have been purchased will follow the provisions of the applicable airline.
The VISA processing time period is calculated from when all the documents required for the process have been received by the transfer office/embassy.
